Luis Guilherme is a Partner in the Global Tax Department with more than 20 years’ experience bringing knowledge and insight to both domestic and cross-border transactions, advising clients across a variety of sectors, including real estate, IT, banking, franchising, retail, and infrastructure.

Prior to founding BT7 Partners, Luis Guilherme worked for some of the most renowned Brazilian law firms, for KPMG in Brazil and he also acted as a Tax Director for Multinational companies operating in Brazil and Latin America.

Luis Guilherme regularly advises clients on implementing fund structures, tax optimization for cross-border corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax-efficient supply chain management and IP planning projects.
